Key Responsibilities



  • Performs data entry and paperwork to complete material transfers.

  • Makes routine sourcing decisions, and prepares related requisitions.

  • Assists customers with questions on orders and prepares standardized quotes.

  • Performs data inquiries to obtain order status and check availability of materials.

  • Prepares and sends internal communications, monitors and expedites orders, and performs other essential functions as required.

  • Requires elementary knowledge of order system and experience with products/processes.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
